Hmm, where is everybody? this past weekend I didn't even bother counting calories.. I came home to be with my boyfriend and just wanted to be "normal".. but now I feel disgusting and it's back to my original plans.

Monday, Oct 2:
Food: 8
Exercise: 5
Water: 3
Sleep: 8
Bonus: 10
Total: 34 (suck)

Today I went to the gym and did 7 minutes of the stairmaster, 15 on the bike, and 30 on the elliptical. I also have been biking and walking all around classes. I would have done more but I went there without eating and pretty much fainted in the bathroom for about 10 minutes. So far today I've had a string cheese (60cals) and I'm going to do some crunches and leg work since I finally have a moment alone. I still don't know what I weigh and it's killing me.
